Many people missed the point with this article. It was to bring awareness to how most people that pursue the trad lifestyle tend to feel nostalgia for a past white America. Many tend to be Republicans and Trump supporters. That was my point. Whether you agree or not. A lot of people that have commented here seem to have skipped all over that part.

The feminist movement of the ’70s was about sexual liberation and fighting for equality and equal pay, and a right to work jobs traditionally only worked by men. That’s the complete opposite of what the trad-life embodies. Yes, the ’70s feminist movement was advocating more choices for women, but it was also advocating for them to be free, free from the confines of the patriarchy and societies expectations of women. As long as you live the trad-life, you’re still living a traditional mostly patriarchal family life. If that’s your choice it’s your choice, but you can’t compare the ’70s feminist movement with that type of lifestyle.
